Basic Hot Dog Chili

3 pounds ground beef
3 tablespoons paprika
2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Tomato juice
Directions
Mix first seven ingredients in large skillet. Add 1 cup tomato juice. Bring to a boil; stirring occasionally until mixture is crumbly.
Cover with additional tomato juice and simmer for 3 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Serve over hot dogs.
