Best Turkey Chili

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, optional
2 pounds ground turkey
28 oz. can tomatoes, drained
28 oz. can red kidney beans, semi-drained
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon marjoram leaves, dried and crushed
1 teaspoon oregano, dried and crushed
2 teaspoon salt, optional
Directions
Place ground turkey in microwave dish and brown or cook on high until turkey is done. Place all remaining ingredients and cooked turkey into a large saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.
