4 pounds lean pork roast, boneless
2 jars green chili salsa
1 cup water
Directions
Cut roast into 1-inch pieces; brown lightly and drain off grease. Put meat into preheated crock pot along with salsa and water.
Cook on high until meat is fork tender. Pour over cooked egg noodles. You can also use as taco/burrito filling.
