Cheese Dip

1 pound sausage (hot or mild)
1 pound ground beef
2 pounds Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
Directions
Brown sausage and ground beef; drain. Combine all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low until cheese is thoroughly melted; stirring occasionally.
Serve with dip sized corn chips or tortilla chips.
