Mexican Meatballs with
Chili Verde

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 slice bread, torn into pieces
1/2 teaspoon mint leaves, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg

Directions

Mix all the ingredients, form into small balls.
Moisten hands with cold water to keep meat from sticking to them.

Boil in water for 5-10 minutes; drain.

In blender place: 1 lettuce leaf, 1/2 of onion, 2 chilies serrano (chopped), 2 sprigs cilantro, 2 tablespoons oil,
3 cups beef stock.
