4 summer squash
1 small onion
1/2 cup milk
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 cup grated cheese
Directions
Saute onion and thinly sliced squash in shortening until tender (about 20 minutes). Add milk and green chilies;
simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese.
