Texas Style Hot Dog Chili

1 pound ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
5 tomato paste cans of water
1/2 small can chili powder
Dash sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 onion, finely chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook until thick, about 4 hours. Serve over hot dogs.
