2 pounds ground turkey
2 medium onions, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
16 oz. red kidney beans, drained
1 can beer
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground mustard
Directions
In a large pot, add oil and brown turkey; drain excess liquid. Add all vegetables, beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Add beer until you reach the consistency you desire.
Mix in garlic and spices. Simmer 20 minutes; reduce heat.
Serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
