8 to 9 oz. ground beef or turkey
4 oz. fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small green pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 tablespoons onion flakes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice
4 oz. jar of mushrooms, diced
1 tablespoon chili spice
Directions
Place tomatoes into saucepan. Add celery, pepper, onions, mushrooms.
Brown meat and add to tomato mixture. Add tomato juice and chili spice. Simmer 30 minutes.
